Q1: What is your sample policy?
A: We make fit & pre‑production samples. Sample fee can be credited to bulk order. Lead time: 7‑10 working days.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Flexible MOQ, starting from 1000--3000 pcs per style/color. Small trial orders are acceptable.
Q3: What is bulk production lead time?
A: 25‑35 working days after sample approval and deposit received.
Q4: Do you offer OEM & ODM?
A: Yes. OEM for your own designs; ODM for modified existing styles.
Q5: What fabrics do you provide?
A: Nylon, spandex, cotton, modal, recycled fabric, and custom fabric sourcing available and so on .
Q6: Can I customize labels & packaging?
A: Yes. Custom labels, hang tags and brand packaging are supported.
Q7: Do you protect my designs?
A: All customer designs are kept confidential. NDA can be signed on request.
Q8: Can you do EU compliance testing?
A: Yes. Third‑party lab tests for AZO, SCCP/MCCP, REACH, PFAS are available.
Q9: What is your QC process?
A: Multi‑stage inspection: fabric check, in‑line check & final random inspection before shipment.
Q10: What shipping options do you have?
A: Sea, air & express. DDP/DAP delivery is supported, or use your own forwarder.
Q11: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

A: Send your tech pack, quantity and requirements, we will reply within 24 hours.
Q13: Can I arrange third‑party inspection?
A: Yes, third‑party inspection is allowed at buyer’s cost.
Q14: What if quality issues happen?
A: We will evaluate the problem. Solutions like rework or replacement will be discussed for factory‑caused defects.
